Taking care of your back muscles: Back aches, stiffness and pain can feel normal to many of us but this does not have to be the case. Back problems are often blamed on our work, poor posture or travel, but it is more often than not due to neglect of our back's supporting muscles. For one reason or another we fail to take care of our back muscles, something we would never dream of doing to our teeth.

Although back problems can be complex the remedy can be simple: moderate exercise to strengthen, stretch and move your back combined with regular massage to work out any accumulation of muscle tension and feelings of stiffness.

The accumulative effects of receiving regular massage can have a profound effect upon ours lives, leaving us feeling younger, healthier and more relaxed.
